Мне кажется, чем старше ты становишься - тем быстрее летит время. Я начала замечать, что мысли в голове становятся другими, мечты меняются, их становиться меньше, потому что появляются уже конкретные цели 🎯 и как сказала @lada_glik ты уже не так сильно восторгаешься всем вокруг, как в детстве. for my EE shift I feel calmer and fulfilled. Stress from my week, stress of the day and difficult moments I've had begin to melt when I mop, wipe, sweep, refill, fold laundry and shine the studio. As I mop the floor I listen and hear “swish swish step step” I start to think about my “to do’s” and the challenges I faced that week, but then return to the “swish swish step step” on repeat. How many times can I return to the present moment?
Each shift becames a practice in letting go. Everything I clean will become dirty again. Everything I fold will become unfolded. All the dust I cleaned will settle anew. Rince, wipe, repeat. It's not the result I aim for, but the practice of letting go. Letting go of control, understanding life is change and participating not for recognition, but to learn how to be humble.
Cleaning is meditation🧘♀️
This is what can happen when you decide to ditch the "to do" list in service of giving yourself the opportunity for joy. My go to is @ka_space. When I arrived I was delighted to see my pretty poster promoting the latest Growing Forward Through Writing Workshop prominently displayed in the window (yeah!!!). Then I pick up the black bamboo @kevinallwood summer dress Mr. Allwood made for me, and not only is it the most comfy chic piece of clothing I have ever put on, but he added this amazing sequin applique on the back ( sigh! - be still my heart). And the love didn't stop there.. Because I could not take this dress off, Mr. Allwood decides to pack my original clothes in one of his new Allwood vegan bags and gifts it to me. Which is the perfect tote for the book they are also selling which I have been dying to pick up for weeks now by @therebelmama: The Rebel Mama's Handbook for Cool Moms. .
Yesterday afternoon was a good reminder of the importance of giving myself permission to leave the responsibilities that are never ending in service of allowing myself the opportunity for a dose of Joy. And when I decided to give to myself...well, I received as whole Lotta love back. .

I definitely see myself as a lazy person...Many times I don’t feel like getting out of bed, when my alarm clock rings. Many times O tell myself, that I wake up later, and I do just short, easy practice...but than I realize, that to be able tou se my body is a priviledge. That there are people who don’t have this luxury. People who are not healthy as I as at this moment, people who have much more serious things to do, like trying to project themselves or thir childern...I remind myself, that there might (and will) be time, when I’m not able to move the was I can move today. actually i’m verrrry happy to share this bowl since it’s been a while. i’ve been experimenting with low-carb, high-protein, high-nutrient bowls that are low in sugar and have justtt the right amount of healthy fats…AND i did it! these are Tickkk chocolatey pro-Zoats✨💙✨
❌i had stopped using protein powders cause they’re always filled with junk like fake sugars and gums that cause inflammation
✔️UNTIL I recently tried these 2 powders which are MaGic💜: @manitobaharvest hemp pro fibre (only ingredient: hemp protein) and @nuzest_usa clean lean protein (only ingredient: pea protein) it’s tempting to get flavoured protein powders but again they use fake additives, so i avoid and just get natural flav- you can flavour it with vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut, etc.
🌀1/4 or 1/3 cup of any type of oats (i use gluten-free rolled oats, buckwheat groats, quick oats, or steel-cut @bobsredmill) soaked overnight in water and boiled on stovetop in the morning
🌀after a couple minutes of boiling, throw in a handful of shredded zucchini🥒(you can peel them before shredding, but i keep most of the skin on) this adds more substance to the oats, nutrients, and fibre
🌀as the oats and zucch are simmering (for another 2-3 minutes) i add in more water or nut milk for creaminess
🌀take off the burner and mix in a scoop of protein, heaping tablespoon of raw cacao, 2TB chia seeds (healthy fats), 1tsp of raw honey or pure maple syrup, and other superfoods (maca & ashwagandha @organictraditions) 🌀stir everything together and add toppings✨i used banana ⭐️, blubes, toasted coconut, cacao nibs, a driZZle of coconut milk🥥, and cinnamon✨ #lessismore
